1. These Terms

(a) What these Terms Cover: These Terms contain the terms and conditions on which we supply our online tool and create custom figurines based on images provided by you. Please read these Terms carefully before you accept them.

(b) How to tell us about problems: If you have any questions, feedback, or complaints about our services, please contact us via the contact methods provided on our Site.

2. Introduction

(a) We create and manufacture custom physical figurines from images which you provide to us (Figurines).

(b) These terms and conditions are between Inreal Industries Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (we, us or our) and you, being the person or entity placing an order for any Figurines (you or your) through our website at www.inreal.co (Site) or the person or entity stated in the quote we provide to you.

(c) Together, these terms and conditions, your quote and/or your purchase order (if applicable), and any attachments or documents referred to in each of them, form the entire agreement under which we will create and supply Figurines to you (Terms).

(d) If you are purchasing any Figurines on behalf of your employer or a business entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to act on their behalf.

(e) You accept these Terms by the earlier of: (1) checking a box accepting these Terms; (2) creating an account on our Site; or (3) placing an order with us.

3. Use of the Site

(a) You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and place an order.

(b) You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including the transmission of viruses or the use of data-gathering tools like robots or screen scraping.

(c) Personal data provided to us will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy found on the Site.

4. Accounts

(a) You may upload images, select specifications, and purchase Figurines with or without an account.

(b) You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity occurring under your account.

5. Creating Figurines

(a) Process: To use our online tool, you must upload images of the subject you wish to be turned into a Figurine. You may select specifications such as size, material, finish, and quantity (Specifications).

(b) Image Quality and Guidelines: We provide guidelines on our Site regarding the quality and type of images required for the best results. If the images provided are of low quality or do not meet our guidelines, the resulting Figurine may not meet your expectations. We will not be liable for the likeness or quality of a Figurine where the provided images were insufficient or did not follow our guidelines.

(c) Artistic Interpretation: You acknowledge that creating a 3D Figurine from 2D images involves artistic interpretation. While we strive for accuracy, the Figurine is a representation and may not be an exact replica.

(d) Order Acceptance: A binding agreement is formed once you submit an order on the Site and payment is validated.

(e) Cancellations by Us: We may cancel an order at any time before delivery if the images provided are inappropriate, illegal, or offensive, or if we are unable to manufacture the Figurine for reasons beyond our control.

6. Price and Payments

(a) You must pay the Price (including VAT and delivery) as set out on the Site or in your quote.

(b) Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made upfront via the methods provided on the Site.

(c) If you order Figurines for delivery outside of the UK, you are responsible for any custom charges or local taxes.

(d) Failure to make payment may result in us ceasing production or withholding delivery.

7. Delivery, Title and Risk

(a) We will deliver the Figurines to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery if the address provided was incorrect.

(b) Title: Ownership of the Figurines passes to you only when we have received payment in full.

(c) Risk: Risk in the Figurines passes to you upon delivery to your address or to a carrier arranged by you.

8. Returns and Cancellations

(a) Custom Goods: Because the Figurines are custom-made to your specific requirements based on your provided images, you do not have a statutory right to a "cooling off" period or a right to change your mind once production has commenced.

(b) If you wish to cancel, you must contact us immediately. If we have not yet begun the creation process, we may, at our discretion, provide a refund.

9. Images and User Content

(a) You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, sub-licensable right to use the images you upload (User Content) for the purpose of creating your Figurines and providing our services.

(b) Ownership: You represent and warrant that you own the images or have the necessary permissions to use them, and that our use of the images will not infringe on any third-party rights (including privacy or intellectual property rights).

(c) Marketing: With your consent, we may use photos of your completed Figurines for marketing and social media purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

(a) All intellectual property in the design process, the software on the Site, and the "Inreal" brand belongs to Inreal Industries Limited.

(b) You are authorised to use the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect any confidential information shared during the order process. This includes business affairs or proprietary technical processes.

12. Limitation of Liability

(a) We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

(b) We are not liable for any losses arising from your failure to provide high-quality or accurate images.

(c) Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.

(d) We are not liable for business losses, as Figurines are supplied for domestic and private use.

13. General

(a) Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

(b) Amendments: We may update these Terms at any time. The terms applicable to your order are those in effect at the time the order was placed.

(c) Disputes: We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Consumers may also seek alternative dispute resolution as outlined on our Site.
